Step 3: Our office staff gathers detailed information from you and works to schedule your auto glass repair Reference/Claim according to your schedule. If necessary, all needed glass for the repair is ordered from one of our reliable auto glass vendors.
Step 4: Once again our office staff calls you back with confirmation and details about your glass repair schedule.
Step 5: The morning of your scheduled glass repair a Fox Valley Glass staff member once again calls you and provides a 2 hour window of when one of our master certified glass technicians will be arriving to the repair location. Our staff member will also provide you with the technicians name, who will also call you prior to their arrival.

Although similar there are some differences between our auto glass calls and our residential / storefront glass calls, so here are the steps and details on how we handle things when we perform glass repairs at your residence or business.
Step 2: The insurance agent contacts Fox Valley Glass and reports the glass damage to us, providing as much information as they can about the residential or commercial window glass repair needed, and then we call you.
Step 3: Our office staff contacts you and provides an insurance discount based quotation over the phone per your deductible and/or we schedule an onsite survey to gather exact measurements while also fixing ALL glass related safety issues at the residence or storefront before ordering glass for your repair.
Step 4: After we have all your measurements and know the exact glass needed for your repair, our Fox Valley Glass staff will order your glass from one of our reliable vendors. On average glass orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive at our glass shop.
Step 5: Upon delivery, glass is inspected in our glass shop before we schedule your glass repair appointment.
From this point on the steps in our Residential / Storefront Glass Calls are pretty much the same as our Auto Glass Calls. Our office staff will call to schedule your glass repair or replacement to fit your schedule; they call again the morning of your appointment to confirm and introduce our master certified technician to you, who once onsite will perform a professional glass repair or replacement of your residential or storefront glass, which by the way, also comes with a lifetime warranty.
